AEO content optimization from a finding to a page update

AEO content optimization improves the facts, answers, and structure on pages AI engines can read. AEO Pal, the AEO & GEO platform, connects Content Studio, Brand Rules, and Fix Queue so teams can create or rewrite content, review proposed changes, and publish through an approved or authorized workflow.

All plans

Fix Queue

Fix Queue turns findings into proposed website changes that the user approves individually or authorizes for auto-publishing. It is included on every plan.

Proposals cover meta descriptions, JSON-LD, FAQ or Q&A schema, direct-answer blocks, heading hierarchy, content updates, and new content targeting topics competitors are winning. Keep the finding and target page together when reviewing a proposal. A useful change addresses the page’s purpose; adding schema is not a substitute for a missing or inaccurate answer.

All plans

Content Studio

Content Studio rewrites underperforming pages and creates comparison pages, FAQ blocks, and product specification sheets, with an in-editor writing assistant.

All output follows Brand Rules. Use the editor to work on content that matches a specific buyer question, then review the proposed facts and explanations against the product. A comparison, a technical procedure, and a product specification serve different intents. The goal is to make the page useful for that intent rather than fill it with interchangeable AI search language.

All plans

Brand Rules

Brand Rules applies brand voice and guideline guardrails to everything Content Studio writes. It is included on every plan alongside the writing and fix workflow.

Bring approved terminology and brand guidance into the content review. Check that feature names, plan labels, product facts, and tone agree with the business’s source material. Guardrails support a consistent draft, while the team still decides whether to approve individual changes or grant auto-publishing permission. They are not a reason to invent a missing price, credential, or customer result.

From a finding to a decision

How do you turn an insight into useful content?

Use the evidence to define the page task, then review accuracy and publishing permission.
  1. 01

    Write a focused brief

Name the observed prompt, the relevant page, and the missing answer or structure. Use citation and audit findings to explain why the page deserves attention.
  2. 02

    Create or revise the answer

Work with Content Studio under Brand Rules. Check definitions, product facts, examples, and the proposed content’s fit with the buyer’s intent.
  3. 03

    Choose the publishing path

Approve each fix or authorize auto-publishing. Native WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow connections publish the website changes covered by the user’s permission.

Follow the evidence

Content & fixes: an illustrative example

The Fieldnote example shows a content brief and a review decision. Switching views does not generate content or publish a page.

Illustrative example · Fieldnote

Illustrative brief · fieldnote.example/export

Answer the export question directly

A fictional brief asks Fieldnote’s export guide to state what can be exported before listing the procedure. The intended change is specific to a buyer question and should use approved product facts.

Plan availability

Which plans include these features?

Keep the workflow connected

How does content connect to audits and monitoring?

AEO Audit checks crawler access, schema, heading hierarchy, and direct-answer structure. Coverage Gaps identifies missing facts, definitions, entities, and answer blocks. Those findings support a content brief, while Answer-Ready Score supplies a separate view of how the page’s structure suits extraction.

Live Capture shows the consumer-interface answer and its sources. After a website update, continue inspecting the evidence without assuming that publication controls an engine’s next response. AI Traffic & Conversions supplies the related view of referral sessions, leads, sign-ups, and sales through GA4 and Google Search Console.

FAQ

Content & fixes questions

Fix Queue turns findings into proposed website fixes, including meta descriptions, JSON-LD, FAQ schema, direct-answer blocks, heading hierarchy changes, content updates, and new content. It is included on every plan. You approve each fix or authorize auto-publishing, and AEO Pal publishes through your connected WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow site.

No. You can review and approve individual fixes in Fix Queue, or grant permission for auto-publishing. AEO Pal publishes through your connected CMS after approval or authorization. Both workflows are available on every plan, so using the platform does not require handing over publishing decisions for every proposed change to your website.

Publish Connectors support WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow on every plan. These are native integrations connected from inside AEO Pal. They let the platform publish approved fixes or changes covered by your auto-publishing permission. Content Studio follows Brand Rules when creating or rewriting content, and Fix Queue organizes the changes for review or publishing.

AEO Pal detects issues and publishes fixes on your own website for AI engines to read. It does not edit third-party AI models. Enterprise AI Fact Audit can detect factual errors or outdated claims and draft corrective pages, FAQs, JSON-LD, or llms.txt changes for approval and publishing through the same website workflow.
